Blue is never out of fashion: just pick a shade that suits you, and you’re set. Navy is the refined king of the blue palette, so it’s perfect for classic dressers (see Rob’s pea coat). It also mixes well with other shades – use a splash of chambray instead of a white shirt, say, for an easy wardrobe update (Patrick). David Evans’ peacock-hued corduroy suit, on the other hand, is an investment that won’t wear thin by next season. And if you prefer to stand out from the crowd, try a vibrant colbalt (especially in foil), as worn by Joseph, or a pop of azure on a backpack, such as David Yang’s. Helen Seamons
