Firstly, I was in contact with the seller multiple times and Jennifer was always quick to answer. I felt confident through the entire process that my gown was being professionally crafted and well cared for. The customer service aspect is awesome!
To add to this when I first ordered this dress Jennifer actually took the time to contact me first. The description tells you that a dress usually takes about 14 days to sew and 5 to deliver. In her first communication Jennifer wanted to just let me know that because of the details on this dress it may take closer to 20 days to complete and 5 to deliver. I was fine with this since my wedding is not until September. Saying all this, my dress arrived on time and nicely packaged.
The dress itself fits wonderfully. Though the sizing shows basic (such as 8, 10, 12) I chose to e-mail Jolly Bridal my measurements since they give you a chart of what they need. They are absolutely willing to work this way for you! I was so excited! And the fact that they send you the hoop skirt at no additional charge is awesome! So many sellers do NOT choose to do this.
I am so excited to walk down the aisle in this dress! Thank you so much for all the hard work and beautiful craftsmanship! 🙂 I will be referring all future brides in my life to Jolly Bridal.
