The growth of ‘mono-brands’ – fashion brands which stick to one design, which they do very well – continues apace with CQP, a minimalist trainer label from Stockholm. Positioning itself as an alternative to ostentatious luxury, it focuses on design, quality, and craftsmanship, which is why for the last year it has sold just one trainer style. It has just introduced a new model, Atrium, a sporty and elegant variation. Expect more from the label in autumn/winter 2015, where it will gradually introduce new products.
