I e-mailed the company. They responded right away and said that the dress was made as it was seen in the picture and did not come with beading detail. I e-mailed them again asking why then did it say “beaded lace” in the name of the dress on Amazon. They responded right away again saying they would remove “beaded” from the name of the dress on Amazon. They did apologize and said that I could return it, even though it was custom-sized.
However I am extremely dissapointed and upset because this is the dress I wanted. They should have offered to remake the dress with the beaded lace as it was advertised. So as it stands, I paid for something that I did not get, and if I return it, I am left without a dress at all.
I will say that George Bride’s communication is very good and it is nice that they custom size the dresses for no charge. The dress I ordered was well made and fit well, except for the lace part. I think they would do a good job on dresses that do not have any lace detailing.
So BUYER BEWARE with this particular dress!!!!
